CSH 2016 JCR GENERAL ELECTIONS AT KATH

MnM TEKNOLOGIES LTD. recorded yet again another successful electoral process as the team joined forces with the electoral commission of the Clinical Students Hostel, for this year's JCR General Elections at KATH. With Friday 29th April being the voting day, preparations were made for the system demonstration on Thursday 28th April at 7pm. The demo was successful as usual and all was set for the next day.

The team arrived at the election grounds about 7:20AM to set up for the elections which was to begin at about 9:00AM. The elections began at 9:05AM and by 12noon a total of 42 students had been recorded.

After their lecture hours and ward routines, students came in one after the other to take part in the voting exercise. The numbers increased steadily until at about 6:17PM when the system clocked the last man at number 330 as the total votes cast. Apart from the presidential positions, the remaining five (5) offices were contested unopposed.

The day came to a close and the elections ended successfully with not so surprising turn out of events at the centre. Anxious students gathered at the voting centre to observe the final results as our team leader, Steven Ofori, disclosed the much awaited outcome. With a total of 330 votes recorded at this year's CSH JCR General Elections, the results were as follows:
